My Personal blogstory

Hey there ,
Today is a special day for my blog, I am in the spotlight.
image
I’m part of a bloghop, several bloggs are taking part and every day 4bloggs are in the spotlight.
A very nice initiative by Kristy Wilson.

I will tell you something about myself instead of my sports activities.
image
So I’m Pascal, 34 years old, was born in Netherlands and living since six years in Germany.

I have a very sweet and beautiful daughter ,she is 4.

We live together with lots of animals, namely dogs, cats and turtles.
Furthermore we have discarded chickens and ducks , they can share their last years here.

My Hobbies are growing vegetables in the garden, cooking and baking good food and sports.
image
In 2011-2013 I have often seen a doctor because of backpain ,often radiating to the legs.
After lots of doctor appointments and Pictures was finally determined that I have Arthritis and some other flaws in the back.
So it is very important to do sports and excercises.

Lots of years i smoked and I didnt do nothing of Sport.
Until we had enough and stopped it in August 2014.
Wisest choice ever !!!!

Shortly thereafter, I began to realize that I had to do something for myself.
So soon I started running and doing a lot of exercises.
image
In February I did my first official race.
The distance was 5km with a time around 36 minutes.
The inexperience suffered a lot of injuries and I then joined a runnerclub.

Here I learned a lot and soon came better times during training but also in races

Records:

5km – 24 Minutes
10km – 42 Minutes
Private trailrun mountain 46,2km-Sub 5
image
Besides running, I also do mountainbiking.
Here I have a lot of fun, and I always want to achieve more.
image
So I would still like to bike the pilgrimage from my home to the Spanish Compostela de Santiago, and then another 60 km further to the endpoint.
image
All this is a strong draft of 2400-3000 km.

For this, I am still looking for sponsors, because on the way I naturally use some for eating, drinking and showering or an overnightstay.
But also im looking for companies that provide me stuff what i can use/test on my trip and it will become an comprehensive report.
The sooner there Sponsors are the sooner everything can become a reality.

Are there things you still want to do in the foreseeable future?

With my blog I hope to motivate other people to never give up.
And I also like to share my experiences and activities with You.

Furthermore You can also read extensive producttestings and recipes are coming up.

Hope to see you soon again.
Greetings Pascal

Hallo ,

Aufzeichnungen:

5km – 24 Minuten
10km – 42 Minuten
Private Trailrun Berg 46,2km-Sub 5
